RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cucumber or Zucchini
- 2 Medium sized Eggs
- 3 Tablespoon almond yaji spice click here
METHOD
- Wash cucumber, slice into sticks.
- Dip cucumber sticks into whisked eggs.
- Dip into yaji spice
- Deep fry or Bake in oven for 30 – 40mins in an oiled tray until crispy.
- Enjoy with mayonnaise as dip.
