Garlic Butter
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 80g softened butter
- 1 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon chilli
- 1/ 4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- salt
- Black pepper
- Add all ingredients together blend until smooth.
- Store in an air tight jar, keep in fridge
Use butter with chicken, fish or beef also great for stir fry and keto breads.
Chilli Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon lemon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon chilli
- 1 Tablespoon sweetener ( Optional )
- Add all ingredients together and blend until it thickens.
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
Marinara Sauce
- 10 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Medium yellow onion halved
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon oregano
- 1 Teaspoon chili flakes ( optional)
- Sea salt
- In a heated pan, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, oregano and chili flakes.
- Cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Use a wooden spoon to stir and crush tomatoes.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool, blend sauce with an immersion blender.
- Add salt if needed.
- Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze for 4 months.
Salad dressing
- 1/2 Cup Bone broth
- 2 Tablespoon homemade mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 Teaspoon onion
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- Combine all ingredients together, microwave for 30 seconds,
- Store in fridge until it starts to thicken.
- Store in an airtight container or bottle in the fridge for 7 days, freeze for 4 months.
Cajun seasoning
- 2 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 14/4 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 Teaspoon Sea salt
- Combine all ingredients and blend evenly.
- Store in an airtight jar.
Creole Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 5 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon white pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 Tablespoon dried basil
- 2 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 Tablespoon sea salt
- Combine all ingredients and mix very well.
- Store in airtight jar in a cool dry place.
