- 200g Cauliflower florets
- 1/4 Cup Almond meal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- Blend Cauliflower florets
- In a bowl, add all ingredients together and mix well.
- Mould paste into 4 round shapes.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
Add more almond meal if the mix is runny.
